I'm in the same boat as you, but I have MULTIPLE, LARGE boxes of DVD's to get rid of.

I've found it much easier to get rid of DVDs by trading them in at Amazon than by trying to sell them.

I wish we could sell here. I think people would feel more comfortable buying from a regular here than anyplace else.

How come we can't sell here? Other than "it's against the rules". Did something go down awhile ago? If it's an issue with someone who does not live up to their end of the bargain, well, wouldn't one handle them the same way as a bad trader?

It was just a conscious decision early on that we didn't want to have to moderate transactions where money was involved. It has been my experience that expectations are much higher when money is changing hands, and the potential for problems is greater.

If selling was allowed, we would probably get a flood of BB bootleggers, just like on Craigslist.

Those of you who want to sell, join YaYas, and sell to each other there!

I've bought many from the Yas. A huge benefit for me, is being able to ask for surface post to keep the cost down - especially before DVDs. A lot of people over there, are here too.

Using Amazon trade-in is super easy. You don't even have to pay for postage!

Selling on Amazon has been easy for me - maybe I've been lucky.
