Sh’Bam #12, 45mins + Sh’Bam #16, 32mins. Both are fun. I didn’t know that Rach was a dancer until I started doing the Sh’Bam workouts. Rach is just as good in Sh’Bam as she is in BodyCombat.

Wow, I just checked online/email for the first time today, 6:11pm, and read Cathe’s newsletter announcing her new series. Sounds good. Maybe I'll do more of these functional fitness type workouts with Cathe.
