Yeah she does go on sometimes. I just ff past it. It's a problem if you have only so much time in the morning and 5 minutes makes a big difference.

Yes, I fast forward, too. It's not so bad when I think back to doing Firm workouts on VHS back in the day and it took forever to fast forward through the intro on my VCR.

The problem with FFing during streaming is that I never know where I'll end up when I grab the dot and move it forward. So much easier to hit Next on a DVD.

I find it especially hard when I'm viewing youtube through the TV. There's a little more control from a laptop. I just use that time as more warm up.

Good idea! Since there isn't one.

I listen because I like to be reminded of what the workout will be like and she gives some good form pointers.

I did the Iron Series Day 5: Arms & Abs (Bi's and Tri's) and I really liked it. I usuallly hate ab work.

Well I was sore from the Day One Lower body workout from Iron Series I did earlier in the week. Yesterday I did Day 2 upper body (back and shoulders) and am pretty sore today.

So I did Iron Series day 6: Quads and I hated the entire workout. 5002 bulgarian lunges...no thank you. I modified and did various squats and step ups but I should have Joni O'd it! I even hated the stretch. Bleh. As I make myself through the workouts, I'm making notes so I can sub a workout I do like. I should have just done day 1 again.
