I got my set yesterday. Today I did the upper body workout, the cardio workout, and the balance workout. I liked the upper body workout - pretty straightforward with quite a bit of variety. She also does a bit of a break between groups of exercises (arm circles - shoulder shrugs). I liked that, too. I also like the balance workout - it wasn’t anything special, but I have very few balance workouts and I think I need to work on that more. My least favorite was the cardio workout. It’s nowhere near as intense as Leslie’s and the music was BAD - particularly through the first half of the workout. It picked up a little after that. So far I’d have to say I’m glad I got this one. I will be doing more of the workouts Tuesday. Tomorrow is my birthday and I’m going out of town for the day. I probably won’t get a chance to exercise tomorrow.
