I started yesterday! So happy to see people on here in it!! I started checking in on the FB group yesterday. I had too many questions, and should have known I could have asked them here. When I get home I may.

Day 1 done! Added it onto a Cathe lower body workout and YOWSA!! Burn-er!!!

I most likely won't do these every day, but use them as add-ons or combine days for my workout, so I may not finish until next week. Still trying to figure it out.

I haven't done today's yet. Since I was derailed by a bad headache yesterday I had to do all the house cleaning today before my dad gets here. I did get in my run but no swings yet.

I think I saw in one of her emails that the videos will be up for a week after they post but I may be mistaken. I'm going to make sure I at least watch each day and write down what she does in case I can't finish in time and access to the videos is closed off. When I DO do today's I'm going to try the 2 handed ones with my 30 lb.

I have recently gotten back into using my kettlebells. Ironically, I have figured out that I enjoy KBs more when I don't do swings! I like them, but I find it hard to maintain good form so that they don't make my back ache. Also, I find them so draining that they have a huge dread factor for me.

So, I did sign up for the challenge (late, obviously), but I will try to do deadlifts mostly.

ETA - is anyone joining the FB group? Not sure if I want to do another group at this point...

I don't do Facebook so I will only be reporting here.

I find my swing form is better when I use a heavy enough bell. Doing 2 handed swings with my 25 I have better form than with my 20. But I have to say, I did consider doing it as deadlifts. There's a good chance I will do that later on!

I'm doing it as well! I just finished day 2. I'm trying to do it right after my normal workout so I don't have to do a second warm up. The filming location is beautiful and I've really enjoyed the workouts so far!

I agree on the heavier weight produces better form. I swing heavier weights than I can use for other exercises. With lighter weights my form is sporadic.

I usually swing with my 12 KG kettlebell (which I believe is about 24.5 lbs). I think because I have an natural deep low back curve, it can be hard for me to keep an appropriate bracing to the abs and maintain good form, especially with high reps.

I previewed the videos, and it looks like Lauren does not do all 100 reps together - that's a relief! They will be more doable to me spread out. I'll try to catch up on the days I missed tomorrow, so maybe I will do both swings and deadlifts.
