The Girl with the Pilates Mat Ultimate Pilates Core Challenge in 5 min - um, actually 9 min. Mostly plank work with pushups at the end, down dog is your stretch. Balanced to the Core Core Challenge Day 16/30, 12 min standing balance/leg work. Ended with Trifecta Pilates Day 7/14 Summer Series Release Tension 17 min.
