Tuesday, the 8th of June

lots of housework, after work - DH home tonight (a month to the day)
Thursday, the 10th of June
nothing except walk Alice, DH had lots of things he wanted to do

I finish week 8 of 10 for EPIC HEAT today. I have done 3-5 Caroline G classes pretty much all year so far!

Now I need to get SLOWLY building my running miles.

Happy Memorial Day with so much gratitude for all the soldiers who have given their lives so we may be free.

I am doing my Murph tmrw. Still waffling btwn doing a half or a full. Reading the other ladies' posts in the app have me wanting to crush a full but I'm not sure that I can do that many pushups and pullups.

Great job with Caroline's workouts, Sandy! Yes, slowly build your running, no injuries allowed!

Loved the short workout today. Looks like the next 2 weeks are mostly full body workouts. The shred portion of the program? Sunday is my next 5K which means Sat is an hour workout - ugh.

Sandy - Good job. More important that you're not injuring yourself.

Vannie - I'm in awe of the Murph - good luck, have fun, and come back and let us know how you did. It's inspiring (I may have to try one...).

Helen - Hope this week is a better one for you.
