Trifecta Pilates Summer Series Day 9/14 Standing Strength with a miniband (or two). Level 2? Maybe not. Balanced to the Core Mat Routine on the Dock 10 min to get more ab work in.

Aalaya Pilates 10 min Pilates Booty - 10 min

Really liked all of these. Not killer, not easy. Really felt the ab work today. Mat girl had a toe tap progression.

Kait Coats 10 min Killer Abdominal Building. Kait seems to do mostly progressions which I really like. It teaches you as you get stronger and gives me a better idea of where I am and where I should be aiming.

Balanced to the Core Breaking down the pilates scoop - 7 min
Trifecta Pilates Day 13/14 Sliders - 14 min, want to come back to this one
Balanced to the Core 3 Ab Curl Mistakes to Avoid + How to Fix Them - 9 min.

Really liked all of these. The sliders target the posterior chain quite effectively. Gretchen's instructions at Balanced to the Core were worth my time to watch the instructional videos and practice. And just go to show why I like slower practices.

Balanced to the Core Daily Pilates Routine - 16 min

Really benefiting from the breakdown of the moves. Shows me exactly what I'm doing wrong and where I need to work. Humbling. Very humbling.
