$29 and full access anytime. I did not pay for the extra meal plan or live coaching. I'm going to double up the workouts each day due to my fitness level. This is the proposed training plan: Day 1: FULL BODY Day 2: LOWER BODY Day 3: ABS & ARMS Day 4: REST Day 5: SHOULDERS & PLYO Day 6: CHEST & BACK Day 7: Rest I'm doing full body 3x now. Prior to that daily body part split and many others training splits during the year. I usually change my routine every 3-4 weeks. Everything looks good except for the rest day on Day 4. I do my workouts M-F at 6AM at my office gym. I’m taking a boxing class on Saturdays. Hopefully, ALL workouts are available at the beginning of the week. Am I the only one who joined?

Yes, 30 mins is too short for me. I posted the split breakdown.
The EBE2 legs workouts last 1 hour. I may work first with weights and then bands for the burn out. Maybe I don't like the workouts, but I am intrigued LOL

Sharaz, please report in when you start, would love to hear about your progress and impressions.
I'm another who is disappointed with the short workous. I'm on Ingrid's mailing list and got a very detailed survey from her about a month ago, soliciting ideas on workout types, problem areas, workout length, etc. I supposed The People Have Spoken and more potential customers wanted shorter workouts.
