The workouts from Disc 1 are really good in a gym or just without the DVD at home. It takes me MUCH longer to get through it, but I can go heavier and take my time. In reality, due to the high rep range, it's not really very heavy weight, but I can go up from what I use when following her pace. I sweat more during this workout than any cardio I do!
Completely agree on the side lunge, I generally don't even bother using weight on those, that is exactly the kind of thing that can tweak my back, but then I just go heavier for the side step ups.
I have had a problem using the other discs due to all the impact, but I will revisit and maybe just modify Disc 2 to be more like Disc 1 and insert strength for plyo.
I would love if she would put out another set with more strength workouts on them. I looked into EBE1, and they sound too short.
