3 min neck exercises to avoid tech neck, headaches

These feel so good because they stretch and strengthen the neck

I've been doing these every day for a while now as one of those baby steps kinda things that leads me into being more active overall. So far, so good.

Thanks for this. I wondered what else might be on youtube and found a similar one. His tips, particularly on the side to side move, were helpful to me.

Thanks for sharing! I saved the video and will start doing them on a regular basis. I can’t really do the ‘Janet Jackson’ though. Oh well, room for improvement

Good timing since my neck has really been bothering me and the reminder is helpful! Most of the exercises are the same ones my chiropractor gave me when I first started going. I had an adjustment yesterday and it didn't help, my neck is still really hurting. I will get back to doing these! Thanks for both links!

Thanks to Susan H for sharing the other neck mobility video link.

I really like the way he describes each of the exercises. A lot of times the hard part is figuring out exactly what you're supposed to be doing.

I hope I'll get a better sense of the side to side lateral motion, til now my efforts have been kinda pointless because I didn't get it. His instruction seems very helpful, though.
