It really does go by quickly, SherBear. I was on the prior very old-school VF platform so that helps a bit with having a sense of how long I've been on here, but it still does surprise me sometimes. Thanks for this still being here, Wendy.

Thank you so much Wendy for creating a community of positive people. I am a recent member and I appreciate everyone who participate. You exemplify the phrase "from a small acorn a mighty oak grows" VF in its infancy now stands as a mature oak tree still growing and thriving.

Adding my heartfelt thanks and appreciation. After 7+ years being out of the video fitness world due to babies, cross country moves, health issues and major life changes, I'm so grateful to find this forum still alive, well, and full of familiar "faces."
