I'm turning 45 next week and I've been on this board ~20 years, methinks. I had no idea I was ahead of my time with "social media"
I've been enjoying lots of oldies lately, including a bunch of classic beginner step aerobics routines (on DVD... no VHS player around) as I vowed to learn something new recently. Making good progress on the step front! Next challenge is forearm balance in yoga (which I used to do but have neglected practicing for years since I had two kids...)
