Dear Santa

Hello,
I am excited to be joining this year after taking last year off. I have downsized my collection due to moving so I don't worry about a lot of duplication. Food allergy to coconut.
I will love anything I get!!!

I love kickboxing and MMA type workouts. I would like to try a beginner Tia Chi workout.
I like giraffes, sunflowers and snowmen

Here are some ideas.....

Used DVD's are fine with me.

Jari Love ripped in 6 minutes or express
Cathe Hard Stikes, 4 day split,
KCM build and burn

Some other ideas

purse size planner
Journal
food scented candles (not a fan of floral scents)
fabric resistance loop or band
Hot chocolate
Dark Chocolate
Milk chocolate with nuts or peanut butter or just about anything but coconut
Peppermint bark
Headbands
peppermint essential oils

That is a start, I will come back and add anything as I think of it.
Thank you.

To my Santa, I did make somewhat of atleast an info list, but i just have not been able to get a real one together yet. I'm so sorry. i have been so out of the loop and just using what I have and youtube and don't even know what else is out there anymore that I can do with my health issues. If someone wants to let me know somewhere else, I like Jessica Smith's kinda fun, without jumping, and the option to wear shoes. There is some stuff on there tho if you wish to lok yet. love you and everyone here, oh mysterious one!!

I will send her a gentle nudge. A lot of people are busy with work and kids and may need a few days to get a list together. There is plenty of time left to shop. I totally understand wanting to get started, though.

Hi Santa!

I’m so glad you signed up for this exchange and I’m looking forward to whatever you are able to send. This is my 9th year participating and the surprises are always my favorite part, perhaps with a bit of local flavor from wherever you are added to the mix.

I enjoy kickboxing and hi/lo and step with complex choreography. I'm going to say that I have enough step for the moment since I have a lot that I haven't tried yet. I love trying new things, but belly dance and I do not mix! Best workout length for me tends to be 30-45 minutes (regardless of what my wish list indicates...).

I've been doing a lot of walking but just got back into DVDs, kicking things off with a round of ChaLean Extreme (I'm just over halfway through). I have Core de Force and PiYo slated for upcoming rotations, but definitely need things to do between those.

Here are some ideas, in no particular order. Used DVDs would be great, and I also warmly welcome VHS tapes. Feel free to improvise!

Powerstrike Millenium Series #2, 3
Powerstrike – Impact
Powerstrike Advanced Series #1
Powerstrike - Choreography 1
Forza: Samurai Sword Workout by Powerstrike (daughter has a sword from her karate class, ha!)
RapidFire 3: Rock Steady, Rock Hard, 2012
Kristin Dowell’s Dressed Up Drills (I have her other DVD and have taken her VIPR class and gone to lunch with her - she's lovely!)

I could also use a small calendar to use to keep track of workouts, something spiral bound so it stays open to the week that I’m on. Target used to carry things like this for a dollar, but I haven't seen them for a few years.

Other facts/interests/likes/dislikes:

I have a thing for llamas and alpacas. Major understatement. Anything vaguely llama or alpaca related will get me to squee. Hee! Oh, the husband has asked that I indicate "no mugs." I may have a few…
I almost always start the day with black tea – ginger or sweet flavors like Tazo’s butterscotch or vanilla bean macaron or the Downton Abbey blends are regular favorites
I also enjoy fun socks (shoe size 9.5/10) – either ankle socks for workouts or longer socks to wear with dress pants that have a fun design (see above re: llamas/alpacas).
I’m not a fan of coffee, coconut, or white chocolate.
I’m on Weight Watchers so any of their products would be welcome, especially hot chocolate and pasta
Anything homemade would also be appreciated (if it’s food and not point-friendly, I can still work it in, plus I have a husband and children who aren’t counting!)

Hope that helps get you started - whatever you come up with will be greatly appreciated - thanks so much in advance!
