Firm Kettlebell Kit - What's the Consensus?

Okay, I broke down and ordered Kettlenetics with the tiny KB after days of teetering on the fence! LOL. Now I'm wondering if I need the Firm KB one. What was the verdict on this one? Is it any good?

I see it's on Mary's website as a top 10 seller.

I used it a few times (maybe 3) then never again (so far). It's okay, but I hated the KB that comes with it. The handle is so narrow, it's uncomfortable (I bought a 7# GoFit to use with the workout instead).

Oddly enough, the 4# Kettlenetics KB has a better handle.

Ditto on the suckiness of the FIRM KB. It hurt my hand the one time I used it, and I've never used it again. The workout itself, however, was nice.

While certainly no kettlebell expert, I have had the Firm kettlebell set for some time. I think it is a great light AWT workout. I just finally ordered the Kettlenetics set after reading all the positive reviews. It does seem that most people find the Firm kettlebell to be uncomfortable, I dont. I am small boned, and have smaller hands so maybe this has somthing to do with it. I am not sure.

I have no KB experience and nothing to compare it to but I like it. The KB didnt hurt my hands and I thought the w/o was good!

I really like the workout, and sweated up a storm yesterday. I have no opinion on the kb that comes with, as I rec'd just the DVD (in trade).

On an aside note, I did Empire State disc 1 this morning w/Anthony and Beth....great workout!!!

As an x ADDICT of anything with "The Firm" on it, I have been 'done' with the Firm for a long time, all the gadgets and repeating of workouts. When I saw The Firm Kettlebell on this thread I just thought OMG, here they go again, another "prop" for them to sell with the same old crap. But I AM curious about the workout. Where can I see a clip?

I like it. I use my 10 LB KB with it if I do the express version only. If I do the complete workout, then I use the 10 LB for the more traditional moves and a 7 LB KB for the rest. The 5 LB was a little too light for me.
