Decent Headphones?

I'm looking to buy some headphones for telework. I like the puffy, DJ look that goes over the ears better than in the ear, but either is fine. Must have a mic and ability to stand up to some wear and tear (my job tends to frustrate me and the headphones may go flying some days). Would like them to dampen sound (I don't want to hear the tv if Big Bubble decides he has to watch tv while I work) but not complete noise canceling (in case Tiny Bubble sets off a fire upstairs).

Any opinions? Would be sick if I could get an obnoxiously loud color, like hot pink, so that I stand out during conference calls.

I love my Sennheiser Bluetooth headphones. I believe that they are Model hd4.50. I use them for all my work calls. They are over the ear style. I’ve had them for 1.5 years and they’ve not let me down. The only complaint that I get is that my mother hears a lot of background noise but she is the only one who says that. All other people that I’ve asked say that I sound normal. I don’t think I paid more than $120 for them.
