What about Gin Miller's Famous 100 Rep Workout? Mary has it on sale for $4.99, though I don't know if it is what you are looking for.

I always think of Kathy Smith and Karen Voight for high rep .

Also isn't Erin O'Brien in that category?

Margaret Richard too! And some Gilad routines would meet the criteria too (e.g. Quick Fit series, Sculpt & Tone). And some FIRMs if you're into AWT (aerobic weight training) with lighter weights. Jessica Smith has some good offerings too on her YouTube channel as well as DVDs

As mentioned above, Margaret Richard is my go to for hi rep low weight. Slim Series/Slim in 6 also. I'm thinking KCM probably has some too?

I have an old vhs tape called Power Bar Training with Shannon and Allison that is very high rep. It was made under Greg Twombly, but doesn't have a CIA no.

The original Les Mills Body Pump set is high rep.

DH loves that power bar one with the "Sinister Sisters." The VHS copy we have has "CIA: 2102" on the box.

Another high rep option is Joyce Vedral.

Tonergy Total Body Burnout is high rep. Also some of the workouts from the MetRx set would be considered hi/rep. Finally, if you like Stephanie Oram (I know some people can't get with her personality; I think she's a riot!) I believe a lot of her workouts are high rep within her various workout sets (One on One, Personal Trainer, Xtrainfit at Home, XTFMax).
