Beth there was an ad on my Sin6 set for that workout. I hope you do a review on vintage thread?

Vantreesta oh I love picking up clothes with tags!

kitten I never heard of the firefighter workout? My mind says it would focus on cardio and upper body strength.

Every now and then I pick up a workout I have never heard of... usually a dud. But my curiosity overwhelms me, lol.

I picked up 3X3 Stretch by Lisa Marie Ross. Literally couldn't find any impressions/reviews on VF about it. I opened the case and it actually contained an abs, arms, core DVD too. It looks like it uses weighted rings but I don't know why it wouldn't work with ordinary resistance bands or a pilates ring. I will post a review on tear the shrinkwrap thread when I attempt.

Linda, do you mean P90 or Total Body Solution? I haven't tried the former but reviewed the latter:

There was a P90X+ workout at the flea market today! I already have it or I would have bought it. Also saw the Pussycat Dolls workout (have) and 3 Element yoga ones but I couldn't remember which ones I already have.

Today i brought home 2 Leslie's that cost me $3 total. I got walk off fat fast and 5 mega miles with the band still wrapped up inside. I also snagged a copy of brain age for my ds for $.75.

I had my hands on a Winsor pilates ring and 4 Firm dvds, but I put them back.

I hadn't heard of them either. I'm trying them out later this week. There are two 20 minute workouts, I'll post in the tear off the shrinkwrap thread after I've done them.

I went to two thrift stores last week and picked up:

Janis Saffell Tai Chi Balanced Workout
Fat Free Yoga: Lose Weight & Feel Great
Core Rhythms Swing Sensation
The Method: Pilates All In One Workout
Latin Live by Jazzercise
Ho 'Ala ke Kino "Awaken the Body" with Tony Horton
Denise Austin Blast Away the Pounds Indoor Walk

At the second thrift store:
TaeBo II: Get Ripped Advanced 1 & 2 Workouts
Jane Fonda Firm & Burn
Tony Horton Power Half Hour Ab Burner
Tony Horton Power 90
DWTS Ballroom Buns & Abs

Earlier this month I also picked up a few DVDs at different thrift stores:
30 Minutes to Fitness: TLC w Kelly Coffey-Meyer
Darrin's Dance Grooves
Pilates Complete for Everyone
10 Minute Solution Hip Hop Dance Mix
Suzanne Bowen's Slim & Toned Prenatal Barre
Postnatal Rescue with Erin O'Brien

The KCM and Darrin's Dance Grooves were $2.50 each; the rest were $1 or $2 each.

I've been in a bit of a funk lately and may have gone overboard...

Went to the goodwill today, and they didn't have many fitness videos and no equipment (except for a 5# dumbbell). They had the old Power 90 set, and I saw a few random Pilates DVDs.

I did find some shoes, though! There was a pair of boots I bought (new) back in January (for $80) that I ended up returning because I maybe needed a half size smaller. Then I ended up not getting them at all. Well, I found the exact boots/color/correct size, in very good shape, for $4.99!!! Yay yay yay! (Also found DD some Vans and Puma skateboarding shoes - score!)

Alison, great find! I don't like to spend spend money on fashion boots but love when I can get a deal on them.

I went to Goodwill Sunday and they had more fitness DVDs than they've had the past few times. I almost got the sense that someone made a big DVD donation!

I picked up a weighted vest at a thrift store. I have always wanted to try one. It's air drying now.

I passed on the Firm stick I saw....it was priced at $49.99
