Favorite Short Workouts

I'm surprised no one mentioned Rael Pilates, System 17. This workout is 30 - 35 minutes. I like it because he explains every move to ensure proper form and the number of repetitions are greater than in other pilates tapes. Also, it's a rather slow tape so if you listen to the cueing you will not hurt yourself.

Cathe's Timesaver DVD - the first two workouts clock in at 38 minutes and 40 minutes.

10 Minute Solutions Keli Robert's Kickbox Bootcamp

Tamilee Webb's I Want Those Buns

There are two "butt" workouts on Webb's video/dvd. Each one is approximately 15 minutes in length. If you add handweights and a bit of energy, you can get a bit of cardio. Do 15 minutes of this workout and an ab workout and you've done something when you think you have no time to exercise.

Margaret Richard's Perfect 10 and All My Best each have four 30 minute workouts and Fitness Becomes You has six 20 minute workouts. Also, a number of her other workouts can easily be split into two pieces.

Cardio Callanetics has two 30 minute workouts - the first is light cardio, the second is toning.

Classical Stretch has several 30 minute workouts (and the TV series ones are 23-24 minutes long).

Segments from Gilad's Express Workouts can be strung together - they each run 8-10 minutes.

My YBBs and my Winsors.

Another vote for Yee's AM Yoga for Your Week - I wish he would do a similar release.

ETA: Brooke Siler's Element Pilates is becoming a fave, too. Especially the standing portion.
