Monday I did an easy recovery workout and yesterday was a day for yardwork, so today my body was really needing some cardio. I definitely miss it when I don't get in a good sweat fest workout in for a couple of days!

45 minute hike. Paused to many times to look at flowers, mushrooms, the beautiful views, so not a good cardio workout.

I hope you and everybody VFer has a place to smell the flowers, if that is something they want. It does bring a joy to my life!
