Question Any good floor work workouts with NO KNEELING?

I don't like kneeling moves. I can modify, but it would be nice to have workout choices with no kneeling.

DVDs or YouTube?

Is this an impossible dream?

There are several I frequently use on YouTube, but they’re in the 10 minute range. How long are you looking for? (I prefer side-lying myself because my wrists can’t handle too much in all fours…)

ETA: Club Forme Pilates had several in the 20 minute range. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KetRheN1-cU

Jackie - Thanks! Just looking at the preview I want to be wherever she is SO BADLY!

Allison - Thanks! I'll check those out. I'm good with longer floor work up to 30 minutes.

I like using thigh weights like in Margaret's Getting Better. I do her kneeling moves standing.

This might be a way of executing kneeling moves.

another way to modify existing workouts is using the seat of a chair. for example, let's say you're doing "hydrants" usually done on all fours where the knees are on the floor. you could instead face the front of the chair, then crouch forward over the chair and support the palms of your hands on the seat of the chair and perform side hydrants, rear leg lifts, etc.

pretzel moves from barre work can be done either seated or standing. in both versions, you can hold onto a heavy piece of furniture.
