I can see I need to de-virginize my bosu total body blast! That is what I was looking for this morning. Unfortunately I put in the virgin Christine Bullock Evolution -- the Agility one, I decided on, because it sounded the most cardio-like. I was looking for intense but not terribly long cardio. It may have fit the bill but in the warm up she started doing more choreography than I was in the mood for -- I just wanted cardio drills! Pulled that out, but in a Firm Express cardio and didn't like that warm up either, so finally just did a 10 minute torcher.

I'm enjoying this thread also, and it's a good way to get excited about trying untried things, no matter how long they've sat on the shelf!

I will say though she is one instructor where I take her moves and use them apart from the workout. There are several moves from body blast that I will use as subs in some of the HIIT workouts for move I won't/don't want to do.
I agree it is fun! Tough and good, at least it is easy to break, it is well chaptered, I was supposed to do the cardio only section, but when I checked the time, it was passed the 40 minutes mark, so I decide to keep going with the other portion, which was a nice break from the cardio, I was dripping sweat with that one. I know what you mean about the dread factor, I was supposed to do Burst from Xplode that day, but I was dreading it, so I ended doing BTBB instead.

Today's poison was Cathe's Strong and Sweaty PHA. I loved this workout so much that I wasted no time upon finishing it to order the Lite Series PHA.

Now I want this DVD and I don't even own a BOSU.

This morning I did Cathe Mixed Impact Cardio from Fit Split. I have had this set, but haven't done the workouts yet. I really enjoyed the blasts and then the lower intensity right after. Just the right amount of time also.

Awesome thread. We had one like this some time ago called AMW (All my workouts) which kind of focused on untried vids. Plus a lot of other great conversation.

I have SO many untried DVDs. I've slowly been working through them along with some of my favorite streaming workouts.

New to me lately has been Mark Lauren's You Are Your Own Gym Vol. 1. I have done the Intermediate workouts and they were awesome bodyweight workouts. Challenging but not killer. I always think they seem too simple but I always feel it later.

Tomorrow will be a couple of the Advanced workouts (I like to put shorter workouts together for an hour). I previewed it today and it looks pretty wicked. Even Mark is breathing hard and sweating.

I have LOTS more, plus I just bought a set. So have plenty to work on!

Thanks for starting this thread!

Kathy Smith's Power Walk for Weight Loss (virgin). I did the whole thing today, and I liked it more than I thought I would, this was my first walk with weights, I got a nice sweat going, 5 bucks (including shipping) well spent!
