Oh Bummer - not quick visiting distance! Was hoping you'd be in Newcastle, or Sydney (one DD there) or Melbourne (other DD).
Those who CAN exercise well into their elder years often say "I just never stopped doing it, every day."
To be able to say that, one needs to START doing it, EVERY DAY!

To reduce the size of my butt, I need to reduce the size of my "But......"

A re-introduction after many years

Hi All,

My name is Jenny- I live in SW Florida. I joined VF many years ago, and was a pretty regular poster and avid reader.
I used to do FIRM workouts and at one time must have amassed a huge collection- I did the "FIRM Rotation" a few times.

After that I became intrigued with Callanetics and other types of Barre workouts- like the Barre Method, and did rotations of those types of workouts for quite awhile.

"Real life" got in the way of my computer time and I didn't read or post for many years, although I continued doing home workouts primarily along with walking outdoors and some stationary biking.
I recently found Jessica Smith and LOVE her workouts!

I'm now in my mid to upper 50's and unfortunately am dealing with back issues - specifically SI joint problems, which has been very frustrating trying to work through.

I'm going to try to become a more regular poster and reader now.

I wonder how many people here remember me- I do recognize several names from way back.

Welcome back, Jenny. You already know to hide your credit cards, so I won't suggest that. Don't forget the check ins where you can interact with a smaller group (if you want that).
