I don't have any of these anymore but I liked Lean, Crunch Time and Metaboost the best. Pump is good too but I found that it dragged a little bit for me. My issue is that I liked certain segments and others that I didn't.

I do have 2 of the compilation DVDs, 6 Day Slam and 4 Day 4 Way Mini Fusion, I find with these that I prefer to mix and match segments for shorter workouts. Yesterday, I did the add ons from Cathe's Basic Step/Body Fusion DVD but used a couple of the FitPrimes as a warm up and I enjoyed it.

Plus, I get all the kickboxing segments in one little workout, plus some of the dancier cardio segments as well. This just works better for me than the longer volumes.

You can't beat the vibrant colors and the music of these workouts though, very nice.

I prefer the set of 12 over the originals. Mainly because of the production quality. Metaboost, Pump, Fast Cheetah are my top three, but know I enjoy all of them. In fact, I'm starting today with a rotation of all of them. My least favorite would be Lower Body Burn. Not sure why, it just is.

Of the newer WHFN set, I liked Steamin' Cardio, Push Pull, Fast Cheetah and Lean. I also liked Pump. The Lower Body was a weird workout to me and I didn't do that one much.

Metaboost, Pump, and Lean. Metaboost and Pump because I find I can go heavier, and I just love Heidi in these. Lean because I find that it's a good low energy workout, but afterwards you still feel like you worked out, you know? These are also all paced well so you don't feel like you're rushing.

I haven't tried all the older ones, but so far I like Weights First and Crunch Time the best. I found up and down a bit chaotic. From the Ground Up was good, but I think only because it was Heidi. I don't remember much about it.

I've actually tried two workouts from 6 Day Trainer 6 Day Slam, and I'm iffy. I think I need to try more from this set or maybe just use them as add ons. I don't find them very challenging spliced the way they are, and not all of them have warm ups. However, I do have to say that they were edited beautifully and seamlessly, at least the two I tried and the one I previewed.

The ones led by Heidi Tanner are my overall favorites....and I prefer the newer ones to the originals overall. Best production in a DVD system I've ever seen....the sets and the music are stunning.

I confess I don't pull these out much.....most of them are too long for me to do before work.
