But I did realize I need to get some new loop bands because mine are in rough shape. I bought a set of four and the medium and extra heavy band broke. I still have a heavy band, but I think it is stretched out because it doesn't seem like a heavy band anymore.

Not sure she was mentioned before, but I've really been enjoying Olivia Lawson's Youtube channel. She has a lot of walking/standing workouts that move quickly and I get a great sweat going. (A lot of the workouts will need a w/u or a c/d stretch). These workouts have really saved me this month with my wrist/hand and hip flareups. Most of her workouts can be done barefoot which I've been enjoying with the summer heat.
