The Butt Bible Level 1 workouts are only 20 minutes each. There is one Upper and one Lower Body. They are on YouTube, as well as Level 2 (30 min each) and Level 3 (40 min each).

Level 1:

alisoncooks- Thank you for posting about Kaleigh Cohen Strength! I've done a few of her workouts and I really like them as well as her as an instructor. She gets a lot done in a short amount of time and I can really push myself and go heavy.

Awesome! She seems very relatable! I’ve come back to her workouts after a short stent with Lift with Cee! I think it was Erica H. who first mentioned Kaleigh (at least that I saw). Kaleigh also has a spinning channel on YouTube.

There's the old Kathy Smith Lift Weights to Lose Weight that have 20 minutes of upper body and 20 minutes of lower body. There's the original one plus a Lift Weights to Lose Weight 2. You can get both of them on one DVD now.

I got this workout as part of a lot, when I was only interested in the others, but I'm glad this was included. I like that it's slow and controlled, and you can go heavy. You can also work on your balance to "make it harder". The dvd is under $5 on ebay, but it may be on YT or Vimeo, I haven't checked.

They’re hit or miss for me, but PopSugar Fitness on YouTube has a lot of 15-20 min workouts.
