The Butt Bible Level 1 workouts are only 20 minutes each. There is one Upper and one Lower Body. They are on YouTube, as well as Level 2 (30 min each) and Level 3 (40 min each).

I got this workout as part of a lot, when I was only interested in the others, but I'm glad this was included. I like that it's slow and controlled, and you can go heavy. You can also work on your balance to "make it harder". The dvd is under $5 on ebay, but it may be on YT or Vimeo, I haven't checked. |
