Question Hi Rep suggestion

Besides Jari Love and Cathe, is there a good/thorough high rep/low weight total body weight training dvd workout out there??

What about Gin Miller's Famous 100 Rep Workout? Mary has it on sale for $4.99, though I don't know if it is what you are looking for.

I always think of Kathy Smith and Karen Voight for high rep .

Also isn't Erin O'Brien in that category?

Margaret Richard too! And some Gilad routines would meet the criteria too (e.g. Quick Fit series, Sculpt & Tone). And some FIRMs if you're into AWT (aerobic weight training) with lighter weights. Jessica Smith has some good offerings too on her YouTube channel as well as DVDs

As mentioned above, Margaret Richard is my go to for hi rep low weight. Slim Series/Slim in 6 also. I'm thinking KCM probably has some too?
