I never sit and meditate. I need to do something with my hands or my legs, like clean, bake, cook or go for a walk. Baking bread can be very meditative with all that kneading!

Absolutely--that IS mindfulness meditation! You don't need to be sitting; you simply need to be focusing on one thing with deliberate attention.
