Elsie,

I am enjoying Cee's workout. The workouts are 30 minutes/4X week. So they are perfect for me. Short efficient workouts!!!! I think I will stick with her programs for the next few months.

Sounds good!! Great progress! You are so consistent with your weights, taebo, tai chi, mobility, dance routines and so on I've noticed.
I think Cee is a gifted instructor .... Really like her vibe and everything, and am happy to see her catching on here. Right now I just have time for 3 max routines a week, but after I move and get settled I will be enthused to try out some of the more frequent rotations as well!

AMD, nice you had a fun weekend!!

AMD - glad you had a good weekend with family and that your Mom is settling in at her new home, too! Yeah!

Elsie - I think we’re due an update from Cathe on her new series. She said she’d update us on the new series at the beginning of the year. It’s March already! Anyway, I appreciate the prompts on Cathe’s forum. I eagerly await her Monday newsletter, hoping she’ll mention the new series!

Liz - hope you’re doing good! And, Amg - hope you’re good, too! I imagine your move is approaching fast!

I have had that dvd for a while and thought to start with it as they only use 3 pound weights, so it sounded less intimidating, Cathe said it is for beg/int. I would say they are solid intermediate, one could always up the weights, but as for now they have been working me good and letting me sore the next day I loved Basic Step! Your comment is very encouraging, I bought an older Cathe' Step compilation with three workouts on it a while back, the intensity looks high, but the choreography didn't look that complex on preview, hopefully I will be able to do them without problem. I have been waiting for an update on the new set too! ETA: I love Burlesque and Fit to Dance too! They are both a fun workout with good music.

T2B, I'd appreciate hearing ANYthing regarding the series at this point .... Even a "we've hit a couple of snags/delays" etc. I'm getting concerned that it might not happen. I mean I'm rather occupied with other programs at the moment, but Cathe is Cathe right. I also think I'll need dvds/downloads more after I move depending on the speed of internet there.
Wow, you did 70 mins of Cardio intervals?! Very impressive!!

I Love Rhoda's channel & especially her PHA routines. No bells & whistles, but stellar and motivating instruction.

Helen, how are the weather/flooding conditions now?

Thanks, everyone, for your kind thoughts about my knee! Don't know what I did to it, but it doesn't feel "right." It is getting better, but I'm avoiding cardio (other than necessary walking) and lower body strength training until it feels like itself again. Thanks again!!!

Great job with the workouts, ladies!

Jane, Yvette is the BEST when it comes to improving your endurance level, but I'm sure you're already well aware of this, LOL.//How do you keep your heel from hurting on your outdoor walks? I'm hoping once I can get back out there to try a walk, I won't be hobbling home! I think it's the speed at which I try to keep that aggravates it?... Did you purchase those PF inserts that Tammie recommended a couple months ago? And if so, have they worked for you? Thankfully, my heel is starting to feel a little better but I sure don't want to jinx it at this point!!

T2B, Max Hammer Strength is my favorite workout of H&C! You can really heavy up with that one with the 8 reps and is straight forward - no funky moves!//Did you get any snow last night? We got 2.5"? but enough that DH could snowblow it off the driveway/sidewalks. Tomorrow is back in the 20's!!! But a few days later, it is forecasted to be 67*!! Crazy!!!

~~Waves~~ to all who joined this month and all who are MIA this month! Thinking of you - pop in and let us know how it's going!!
