AnMrsDe Here’s the rotation Cathe posted for the LIS, I also have a document with info on a lot of older Cathe workouts, like a breakdown of sorts that someone shared ages ago. Thurs….Low Impact Challenge
Fri…..Total Body Tri Sets Lower Body

Sun….. Yoga Relax

WEEK TWO:
Mon…Athletic Training (or you can instead do Slide & Glide in its entirety)

Jane, Thx so much for posting the LIS rotation! I did find the breakdowns of each of the workouts in a LIS search. (I didn't think about doing a search originally since the search function doesn't usually work. It did this time!).//I highly doubt I'd do exclusively a LIS rotation since some of those workouts done regularly aren't a good match for my low back or knees (esp. now!). But thanks so much anyway! //That said, I am really enjoying Cathe's Sept. rotation and actually look forward to doing some of these workouts again....it's been way too long for some. //So, still no news on the baby front??

Hi Elsie!

~~Waves to all!~~

Hi, ladies. Yesterday was a friend's funeral and a headache after that so no workout. She died of early onset alzheimers. Today was a treadmill walk. The smoke is supposed to clear out tomorrow and we are finally getting out of the 90s. Today was an emotionally heavy day at work, and those make me sad.

I have all her rotations (monthly since 2003, and all associated with workouts etc), and almost all breakdowns - those missing tend to be Ride, Cycle, Pedal Power ... . Breakdowns include all premixes as well.

They're in my Access database log, so quick & easy to locate, copy, paste here.

Ok, Now that I've DONE the Boss Loops Glutes & Core, thoughts:
Intermediate level, definitely not Int/Adv. JUST hard enough NOT to tag it as Beg/Int.
Didn't get her fabric bands & loops as have plenty. Started with Cathe loops, but they're quite narrow & with the large range of movement in the first half, they rolled to be like a piece of tubing tight around my thighs, so switched to a much wider one, but since it was longer, set it just above my knees and worked well. Used the same one for the remainder of the workout, and kept it low towards knees.

I found the abs work in the core section the hardest, but none of it had me finishing a section with relief that it was over.

Chrys, I'm so sorry about your friend. (((HUGS)))

Thx, Helen, good to know I can ask you for any breakdowns of workouts!! //Re: Boss Loops, it totally makes all the difference in the type of band you use in those workouts! And in Loops, having it right above the knees is crucial to feel it the most. Still can't figure out why Cathe doesn't have hers lower?

Cher, if you're reading this, I hope you have a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY today!! Miss you 'round here!!

Have a great weekend, all!
