Using Tracie L. But also dusted off...

... my Fitprimes and Kickbutts. I needed to do a workout that I knew well and wasn't in the "learning curve". Boy, Metaboost is like an old friend. It was just what I needed. I've been using TL with all her functional fitness moves, but I'm still learning her routines. Today I needed a workout I didn't have to pay attention to the details b/c I've done it enough times.

This entire series is such a gem. I just might need to mix these in with TL. Maybe create a hybrid rotation with TL, Fitprime/Kickbutt and a splash of FF FIRMS.

And I must admit, I love the music Anna B. sent to these workouts.

I just did Metaboost the other day, and today I did Pump. I, too, had forgotten how great these workouts are. I loved Heidi in Firm Cardio (or is it Firm Strength, I get those two mixed up), and she is great in the FitPrimes / Kickbutts too. She's just so calm, and seems so friendly.

There's just something about Anna's workouts. I keep going back to the old Firms, KickButts, and Tracy Long. You're right, they're like old friends.

I'm trying to acquire a few more from the Exchange, and plan on doing Firms and their offshoots for the next couple of months.

Susan, I've been all over the map with my workouts due to menopause. Trying to stick with anyone one method lately has been a disaster. I have been working out with my husband at the gym over the summer but have started bring my dvds back into my routine. I've been trading, selling and giving away all those workouts that just sit. I almost got rid of my FIRMs, (like so many time before), but pulled them all from lists just yesterday. FIRM, WHFN, TL have been my staple for too many years. Metaboost reminded me of that.

In fact, I just ordered the newest compilation release. 6 Day Trainer. Do you have that one? Thoughts?

TIA ~

I just started doing my old Classic Firms, and forgot how great they really are. Going to be pulling out my KickButts and probably rebuying the FitPrimes I don't have and add in some Tracie. They work you without over working you.

I must say, I'm a sucker for parts/compilation workouts. Fitness Favorites has done this well over the years with superb chaptering.

In reference to the FIRM, I don't even want to admit or try to figure out how many times I've traded them off, only to regret it terribly. I've never had a huge workout collection to begin with and limited funds, so trading is what I would do in order to try something different. As I age, wisdom has set in a bit, so keeping them is probably a wise choice.

I have the entire WHFN Series and never plan to part with them. I believe Anna did some of her best work with these.

Tina, no I don't have the 6-Day Trainer. I was thinking about getting Killer Cardio / Killer Weights. Has anyone tried that one?

I'm embarrassed to say that I have the Killer workouts and haven't tried them yet. I've had it for far too long, to have any good excuses as to why it has sat on the shelf. But it's in my rotation now.

Funny to see this thread….Just this weekend I made a rotation using TLT and WHFN and it's awesome! Now, if I can only stick with it! I seem to be allergic to rotations.

That sounds like a great plan!
