(I modified the "bouncing" portions. I also modified some of the moves I didn't enjoy, and made the workout 'work' for me. Not a bad cardio workout for a low key and low energy day.)

Intermediate Step w/ Marci from YT.

I enjoyed her other step workout I did last week that I did another one today. She is a great instructor for me! She doesn't take forever to introduce a new move, doesn't do anything too incredibly complicated (but isn't boring, either), and doesn't take up a lot of room around the step. So much fun!!!

I am just loving CDorner Fitness right now. I did an Upper Body Interval Workout she filmed last July. Excellent workout. My arms are worked and I got my heart rate up. She had a nice little ab burner at the end of the workout: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C5axExt8M94&t=3156s
