Question Upper Body High Rep Low Weight

Besides Jari, barre upper body segments and Tracy Anderson can someone recommend any other true high rep low weight workouts for upper body, I prefer dvd or a good youtube workout. Thanks!

Cathe’s High Reps. My weights are always lighter than hers for this one. There is a premix for upper body only.

Karen Voight would be a good choice. I did the Burn & Firm Upper Body Only premix this week and it was exactly as you describe.

Margaret Richard kills you with a smile and high rep, low weight workouts. All of her DVDs have both upper and lower body though.

I was also going to recommend Margaret Richard! I think her Sculpture workout is split into upper and lower body even though that's a long, tough one. Most of her dvds are well chaptered by body part so you can just skip through each lower body exercise.

Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout - that's got a killer arm segment.

Idk if this is high rep but Tamilee's I Want That Body. I use lighter weights with the arm segment and it's good -- but just arms/shoulders.

Tear It Up it's a long workout, but you could just do the upper body segments and make a solid 30 minute workout out of it.

Sculpture is a really good workout. She's tough in this one.
