I got such a kick out of Cedie being in that Cathe Live! I rarely get the chance to actually do her Live workouts live, but I happened to be able to last week and I was SO excited to see Cedie

Wow, that's amazing. I liked her, too, and Lorraine. Cedie has always impressed me, she seems like a genuine person and she always put style in her step moves.

I always liked Cedie because she has a "normal" body. Some curves but always looks so fit and can keep up with all the younger gals! Always fun with Cedie in the workout. Plus she always keeps count!

I always like seeing Jai because heck, where else am I going to see another south Asian person working out in a video??

ETA: yes, I'm south Asian.

Agreed -- Cedie and I always had the same body type, so she's who I always followed along with. My gosh, it's been 24 years since I bought my first Cathe step tape!

I love Cedie. It's obvious she has dance training from the way she points her toes and uses her arms and hands. Her athletic grace makes her such a good backgrounder.

And that clip makes me want to give Cathe Live a try, if I can get my TV to cooperate.
