Thumbs up BOD Sagi Exclusive "Beast Up: Legs"

I did Sagi's 45-minute Beast Up: Legs yesterday and really enjoyed it. I didn't go nearly as heavy as the exercisers in the video. I really liked all the moves. It has variations of squats, lunges, etc., with progressively heavier weights. There are rests in between sets. (You'll need them). I especially like glute raises. Sagi added a calf move into the glute raise that was tough.

"Longer Progressive Sets, Force Sets, and Super Sets push your legs to failure to achieve maximum results."

I didn't like Sagi at all in Body Beast and found his macho chatter over-the-top. It was like he was trying to be even more annoying than Tony (not that that is possible ). I had checked out a few of his workouts in Hammer & Chisel (Total Body Hammer and Max Hammer Strength) and found he was much more smooth and relaxed in his presentation. Pleasant, actually.

I look forward to any new Sagi workouts.

Hey! I just did his Beast Up Chest, Shoulders, Triceps yesterday! I have also done the Legs workout. AWESOME stuff! I wish there were more. His other exclusives are equipment based and so far I've only been able to modify a couple.

I love Sagi. Its hard to find genuinely HEAVY lifting workouts sometimes. These and Body Beast are so nice and basic and you can go as heavy as you want.

I also really like Sagi's exclusive workout- Beast up Legs. I like his other exclusive lower body workout called "Legs." I have done all of the Sagis exclusive workouts on BBOD and like them all. The Depletion workout is a good total body workout. The Back and Biceps Sagi exclusive workout gets me every time.

I can't wait for his "A Week of Hard Labor" is released on BBOD.

Thanks! Been wondering if his exclusive workouts were as um, annoying, as the Body Beast ones. I can tune him out in Body Beast but its nice not to have to.
