I have these. Some of the outfits the people wear in them look a little old, but other than that, they don't seem old or outdated. These workouts have the nice outdoor Canadian Rockies setting. As for the difficulty, I would call them intermediate. The choreography I would also call intermediate - it's not dancy, but there are patterns you have to get down. The workouts are for the most part low impact without jumping. Each workout is about 20 minutes long, and the participants in each one (other than Charlene of course) are different.
