This is one of the funniest descriptions of a class that I have read. I can totally relate to this. I would suggest some of Kelly Coffey Meyer's w/os. She is more athletic than dancey. I like 30MTF Stepboxing very much. If I can get the choreography, believe me, it is not too hard. She has an earlier one (Cardio Kick Stepboxing) that is more difficult, but you should check out some clips.

Thanks Wendy, but it was pretty easy - table in Access, limit to:

type = standard (no premixes, chapters, or single exercises)
style = step aerobics
choreography = simple
format = video

Get big table result, highlight columns for total minutes, title, & instructor
Copy, paste here.
Didn't go through my collection by hand then type them all in.

Hope it helps.

I am also very step challenge and the workouts I have and use from time to time are:
1) Christi Taylor - Mission possible
2) Kari Anderson's - Go
3) Most of Gin Miller's workout
4) Cathe - Basic Step and Body Fusion; Low Impact Circuit, Cardio & Weights and Drill Max
5) Denise Austin - Ultimate Fat Burner

I haven't read though all the responses, but here's mine:

1. Cathe Basic Step is Cathe's instructional/esiest step video.
2. Kari Anderson Go! is the easiest I've tried, IMO.
3. Christi Taylor Mission Possible is her easier, less complex one, and fun too.

Gosh, Helen, Cory Everson's Step in Time.

I thought I was the only one in the world that has that (assuming you still do).

I was so horrified about/fascinated with that work out and the background that I couldn't do it more than the first time. I **think** I saw it while straightening up the other day.

I think I will try to woman up and do it again soon.
