Cathe RWD Lift it Hiit it Legs. This is really such a great workout - short (40 minutes) with a nice long warm up (the upper body workout series have such short warm ups - I do them twice to really feel warmed up), a great stretch and hits the legs from all angles.

Shuan T's Pure Cardio, mostly on my rebounder. Wasn't pure cardio, had a lot of pushups and burpees.

Tracie Long- Well Built. This workout ends abruptly with no stretch so I rolled into-
Tracie Long- Full Steam Ahead. Did the warm up and continued to the mountain climbers section and stopped. I did my own stretching while Tracie was working hard with mountain climbers and push ups.

I don't reach for Tracie's Metabolic Strength workouts very often. They are good, but tough ( I try to go heavy as I can!)
