I've done a few of her upper body strength workouts and like them a lot. She also has a spinning youtube channel. I haven't done any of those workouts, but they are supposed to be really good.

And she has a cute dog in the workouts I've done.

If you like Hamilton, Justina Ercole did a Hamilton HIIT workout. It's mostly low impact, and she offers modifications.

Today I'm bringing you a sneak peek from my at home functional workout program: The FITT Club! This is a FITT Club exclusive and a great functional cardio workout. This Hamilton HIIT workout uses songs from the hit Broadway show, and it's a no equipment functional workout so grab your mat and let's get moving!
I like her you tube offerings. Although, most of her cardio is dance cardio, and I have two left feet, lol. Her FIIT Club is $50 per month, which is out of my budget. But it offers live zoom workouts, and fitness and nutrition classes, in addition to access to all her workouts. You can also rent one of her workouts for a week for $10.

This is one of my current favourites:

I have done both an upper and lower body workout this week. I really like her straightforward style (it's a pet peeve of mine when instructors are overly-perky and motivating, and are constantly offering encouraging). She has a lot of form pointers and offers modifications.

I've been enjoying this 30 Day Pilates playlist from MVMT with Cailin.

I also liked this series. The mountains are calling 10 day program was also good and different from the 30 day program.

If you like strength workouts using a barbell (but can sub dumbbells), you might like Lift with Lars.

I've only previewed his workouts; he seems kinda goofy and sings along to the music. His workouts use heavier weights with traditional moves and incorporates tempo changes.

I'll definitely be working my way through all her stuff!

I've been doing a Pilates video as my "main" workout, and then tacking on a 10-15 minute toning segment to it. Gilad (Express set) or Moving Mango are my current go-to for short add-ons.

This makes me want to buy a barbell!
