I did Brooke Siler's Element Pilates Matwork and then added in 6 more exercises on my own from her book. It was a very satisfying workout.

kinda slowed down a bit at 3rd circuit. Per Program, it's to challenge you mentally. Well...I agree with that and need to work on fooooocuuussss
