Tracie Long:
  • Kickback
  • Break Through
I've never done 2 Tracie Long video workouts in one session, but since these are 30 mins each, I decided to give it a go. While I love Kickback, I'm not so sure about Break Through (too much jumping and balancing, neither of which I enjoy).
