Billy Blanks- Sweat off the Sizes

I discovered that someone has posted a lot of Billy's newer offerings on YT that I have not done, Sweat off the Sizes being one of them. It was just okay. He did some new moves that didn't seem to flow very well. I did get a great cardio workout, though!
