(I don't have a treadmill, so I, more or less, marched in place, and used 3/5 lb dumbbells for the upper body strength portions. During the walking portions of the workout, if you're tired, you can close your eyes. )

I could not decide what to do today. My shoulder feels a bit wonky from too much digging in the garden so that's been throwing me off. So, I decided on yoga. I bought a Rodney Yee Daily Yoga DVD YEARS ago and have never done a single workout on it. So, I pulled that out and did Day 2- Energize and Day 4- Clean it Out. I think it was just what my body needed. My shoulder feels stretched out and much better!

Karen Voight’s Ballet Body Sculpt. The AB workout was a tough workout!

Fit & Bendy Circus: Legs & Hips. Most intense stretching workout I have ever done. Partly because it was also strengthening.

David-Dorian Ross’ Tai Chi Fit Over 50–Balance Exercises.

Kristina Nekyia put out 3 DVDs in 2014 or so. I purchased the 2 general ones from Mary - Get Bent: Circus Style Flexibility Training and Bendy Body: A Flex-Stability Workout. She also has one called "Shoulder School". Mary still has copies of Shoulder School.

She explains her stretching philosophy and has other useful info on her blog, you can access their website.
