TLT- Strength in Movement w/ Jen Carmen
I haven't done this workout in a LONG time. It is a good workout, but the camera angles are frustrating. At one point in the workout, the camera zooms in on a background exerciser who has the expression of, "what are we supposed to be doing???" Other points in the exercise the lower body is zoomed in on when the focus is on the upper body. Tracie's newer workouts have much better video quality. I guess when she doesn't have any background exercisers it is easier for the camera to focus on her and the moves of the exercises.

Lol! Actually, I like Winsor Pilates: Abs Sculpting, and the workout is only 20 minutes long. The first 5 minutes of Fat Burning Blast had burpees which I dread, so I modified and did kickboxing instead. After all, it is a kickboxing workout.
