My other workout was a nail biter EBay auction of six Classic Firm DVDs. Upside? I won at the wire! Funny side? They were all workouts I owned back in the day but gave away.

Meta Shred Extreme - Day One Lower Body The active recoveries, for me soon became nonactive recoveries, as I need the breaks.

Caron Shepley's Hard Core Conditioning (from 2006) The 1st 10 minutes of the first 2 sections. I was forewarned by old VF discussions that probably I wouldn't want to do the full workout the first time, but that is my goal for the future.

Mimi Kuo-Deemer's QG for Health & Wellness - 5 Forms for the 5 Organs and Emotions
Great practice, but is 28 minutes, so won't get done often.

Shovel Max. We didn't get a lot of snow, but I have no where left to put the stuff so I have to move it a bit to a spot that isn't already piled up with snow. And it is COLD out there!
