Thanks Wendy, but it was pretty easy - table in Access, limit to:
type = standard (no premixes, chapters, or single exercises) style = step aerobics choreography = simple format = video Get big table result, highlight columns for total minutes, title, & instructor Copy, paste here. Didn't go through my collection by hand then type them all in. Hope it helps.

I haven't read though all the responses, but here's mine:
1. Cathe Basic Step is Cathe's instructional/esiest step video. 2. Kari Anderson Go! is the easiest I've tried, IMO. 3. Christi Taylor Mission Possible is her easier, less complex one, and fun too.

Just pm me and we will see what you want.

Gosh, Helen, Cory Everson's Step in Time.
I thought I was the only one in the world that has that (assuming you still do). I was so horrified about/fascinated with that work out and the background that I couldn't do it more than the first time. I **think** I saw it while straightening up the other day. I think I will try to woman up and do it again soon.
