Check-in: the balance ball routine, which includes a lot of UB dumbbell work, from Dynamix 2, with Debbie Siebers. These are like entire workouts led by the modifier, which is really nice for me now. It's still a good workout, but I don't need to modify anything.
My church, as part of the northern California & Nevada churches of the denomination, has a camp, where I used to take DD to in the summer. Next month they have 4 days of adult camp & I signed up for it. I chose the lodging that has indoor plumbing. I'm past getting dressed in the middle of the night for a walk to the bathhouse. It'll be from June 9 through 12. It's in Foresthill, near Sacramento. Far enough away that I hope there'll be a carpool.
