15-20 min short weight segments

I’m looking for short weight segments that are 15-20 mins. I realize it’s hard to work full body in this time frame so upper/lower or even split sessions are fine. I have all of Cathe DVDs or YouTube workouts would also be fine. Any recommendations? Thanks!
