Oh gosh, no! That's just the rest of the list of 20 I had chosen! I still have an embarrassingly large number of DVDs in shrinkwrap to try! I keep buying too, out of addiction and FOMO!

#19 FEYI JEGEDE: The Bootylicious Workout - warm up + Booty Barre (dust bunny) - I really enjoyed this. I’ve had this for years but only recall doing the floor work once. The chapters are w/u, Cardio Booty, Booty Barre, Booty Sculpt. You can select the full workout or pick & choose. The rep speed is moderate, exercises done in 2 sets of 8, then go to the other side, 2 sets, switch, add another exercise, 2 sets and then go through all the exercises 2 times. The intensity builds. I started out thinking this wasn't so bad but I was sweating like crazy when done. Next time I’m going to try the workout with my new Cathe loops. The music is instrumental and good. Feyi has a beautiful accent, I think she’s British.

#20 JOEL & JERICHO Core De Force: MMA Speed. I really like the CDF workouts so not sure why I don’t do them more often. This was a fun experiment. I tried a few new workouts. Also had fun revisiting workouts that got pushed aside. I’m going to try to do at least 5 virgins/dust bunnies a month going forward.

Hello everyone! Been busy with work, but I've done my workouts

Day 15 - Idalis Velazquez Women's Health All in 18 - Upper Body Burn and 18 Minute Max Out - total of 36 minutes. Virgin workouts, virgin instructor. This was good for where I was mentally.

Day 16 - Sharon Money Twombly Zero to Sixty Adrenaline Rush. This was not a virgin workout or instructor. However, I've only ever done the cardio. Yesterday I did the cardio AND strength. I liked this workout better the second time around. Gotta say, I was mentally and physically spent by the time we got to side planks, so I quit lol! There was probably another 8-10 minutes remaining, but I didn't care

Day 17 - Fe Fit Week 1 Lower Body. Not a virgin instructor or workout, but it's definitely a dust bunny. These workouts are all in my "maybe" bin, and so far I'm keeping them. This was light lower body for me, which is what I need. This workout can definitely be made tougher by adding weights or adding heavier weights though.

Bubbles - I keep adding workouts to my “to buy” list. When is enough enough?

Today I did another workout from Misty’s House Party DVD - Workout #2. Today is a light movement day so it felt good to groove to some Misty. She is so great with matching the movement to the music!

It’s another scorcher. Already 90 degrees by 11am with a feels like of 102. Ugh!

I’m going to post here for the rest of August.

bubbles - did you order Cathe’s new workouts? I started the Boss Bands & Loops Low Impact Rotation. The only repeats are the Boss workouts.

27. BOSS BANDS Total Body. 2nd time doing this was the charm. I did the full workout this time. I started out thinking, 57 minutes is kind of long, but it went by fast which was surprising. I used the green and blue band for the whole workout. I choked up on the band a little more and was able to really feel the burn during the lower body work. My legs are strong so I need more resistance for lower body. Next time I’ll try the blue band and/or maybe shop for bands with a little more resistance. The biceps and triceps segments are a burner. Jen was most annoying during the biceps segment. It was obvious that her band was too much, I don’t know why she just didn’t drop one of the bands or brought her feet closer together rather than continue. It looks as though Jen is talking a lot which is why I think Jai gives her the side eyes sometimes. Where is Amanda when you need her? The pushup with band around the upper back had me wondering, after the 2nd set, why was I making pushups harder? They are plenty hard as is. Short floor abs - my favorite type of abs. I felt worked and energized instead of exhausted when done. The set is beautiful, probably one of my favorites. Although these are not advanced, I appreciate having less intense workouts in my fitness library, too!

I wonder if Cathe is continuing to do DVD workouts because she knows a big part of her fan base likes DVDs. At any point, she can decide to record some CL workouts in her studio and sell them as downloads (I’d definitely buy). Turn around would be a lot quicker, for sure.

28. XTRAIN: AOLIH + MISTY TRIPOLI: Body Grove House Party Workout 3 (virgin) . AOLIH was a lot of fun and so was Misty. I’m really digging the Body Groove vibe.

T2B believe it or not, I did not order either of Cathe's newest. I don't know why, they seemed up my alley. I hope you enjoy them though!

Day 18 - Idalis Velazquez Women's Health All in 18 - Fierce Legs and Glutes and Ultimate Core. Both were good workouts. Virgin workouts.

Skipped yesterday. Had a migraine.

Day 19 - Fe Fit Week 2 Cardio Circuit 1. Virgin workout, pretty good. Had a migraine for most of the day today, so I just finished this workout. If I feel up to it, I'll do a dust bunny step workout.

29. LIS: Afterburn - Double Trouble Premix. Used my own music and the premix that has no dread factor.

30. BOSS LOOPS Glutes & Core - Timesaver #2 (no floorwork & core). I kept the band about 3 inches above my knees, I felt it this time. As a matter of fact, I was feeling it a little too much. Worked up a good sweat.

bubbles - I admire your purchasing restraint. I hope the migraine is gone!

T2B, no restraint . I just used my Amazon gift card on two Men's Health workouts. That gift card has been burning a hole in my pocket since December. I was saving up for Jessica Smith's newest set, but since they were only released online, I didn't know what to spend my money on.

Day 20 - Idalis Velazquez Women's Health All in 18 - Total Body Fat Torch and Sweat and Sculpt Combos. Both total body workouts that skimped on tricep work. However, both workouts were plenty tough using 15's and 20's. I was a sweaty mess! A little over 36 minutes total. These were both virgin workouts.

The verdict on the set - going to keep it! I've still got two more bonus workouts to try, but I think this set has a place in my collection. Short, tough workouts for the summer when the heat has me limiting my workout time.

PHA3 - Lots of flying squirrel shaped (but without the tail), plopping, sweat during this workout ! Brenda was my sister in sweat. I was still sweating during my shower. I didn’t stop sweating until I arrived at work (an hour after my shower). Also, it took me an extra 6 minutes to complete the workout. bubbles - I can see why PHA3 made you mad. . I wasn’t expecting to sweat so much this morning. Jai was barely sweating, at least that I could see.
