Hello everyone! Been busy with work, but I've done my workouts
Day 15 - Idalis Velazquez Women's Health All in 18 - Upper Body Burn and 18 Minute Max Out - total of 36 minutes. Virgin workouts, virgin instructor. This was good for where I was mentally.
Day 16 - Sharon Money Twombly Zero to Sixty Adrenaline Rush. This was not a virgin workout or instructor. However, I've only ever done the cardio. Yesterday I did the cardio AND strength. I liked this workout better the second time around. Gotta say, I was mentally and physically spent by the time we got to side planks, so I quit lol! There was probably another 8-10 minutes remaining, but I didn't care
Day 17 - Fe Fit Week 1 Lower Body. Not a virgin instructor or workout, but it's definitely a dust bunny. These workouts are all in my "maybe" bin, and so far I'm keeping them. This was light lower body for me, which is what I need. This workout can definitely be made tougher by adding weights or adding heavier weights though.
