That is a fun workout, I did the whole thing and found it quite challenging, yet doable.

Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs - to me, he's the hi-lo of Beachbody

how about simple dance videos that you just march to, and when you feel like it, add in the arms and choreo?

- Crunch Fat Burning Dance - Jenn Galardi
- Dancing with the Stars Cardio Dance (the very first one)
- Gilad
- Kathy Smith's March to Fitness, Project You
- Beachbody Leandro's Youv2
- Slim in 6
- Minna Lessig
- Turbo Jam or Ilaria's Powerstrikes?
- any KCM cardio
- Cindy Crawford (music is good)

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll look into some of these. The thing is:

- I hate kickboxing and dancy workouts.
- I've tried Beachbody. I don't need to have a crazy party. I just want a simple low impact cardio workout.
- I have about 20 Leslie workouts. That's enough walking for me.

Joni how are you with tifting? I thought Kristin Dowell's Hi Lo Recharge and Christi Taylor's Mission Possible (at least the hi lo, can't remember the step) had a fair amount of tift.

I recommend Petra Kolber's Bootcamp Boogie. There's some tift, but it's also broken up by athletic style cardio. I also like Kari Anderson's Sweat Express 2. There's tift within each song, but not across songs, if you get what I mean.

That's a good one, not complicated, and she has modifiers so you can work as hard or as easy as you want to work.

Michelle Dozois's Rockin' Body Cardio Jam might be what you are looking for. Not a solid walking workout, more choreographed, but still easy to follow and she has modifiers, I believe (it's been a while!).

Have you explored any older Karen Voights or Kathy Smiths? Or have you tried doing a step workout without the step. I've done those sometimes and I find I get a good workout without too complicated choreo, but different from walking workouts.

You and I seem to be very alike when it comes to cardio. I don't care for kickboxing or dancey stuff, either.

Prevention Walk Your Way Slim with Michelle Dozois. Title is a misnomer imo. It's not a walking workout.

I can’t do high impact, which makes it difficult to find non walk cardio. But when I could do high impact, my favorite cardio was Jessica Smith on you tube, that wasn’t walks and had some high impact. I guess that would be hi-lo? My favorite was Bootcamp Boogie.

Here's an idea for you that you might "Joni O" but....... what about doing some of your Cathe's as low impact and without the step (if it's a step workout)? I'm thinking of Low Max in particular, but she has a bunch of offerings that might work. Also, have you done her Cardio Party workout? I love it, though it does have some light kickboxing-ish type moves in it.

The only other thing I can think of is running through the various "walking" workouts on youtube that aren't Leslie.

I did Cathe’s Cardio party today! It was perfect. The kickboxing actual has no kicks and the punches were very basic, as in no razzle dazzle.

I think this is an area where there's a real lack. I get bored to death with walking workouts, but still do them. I also use a recumbent bike which is also boring. There just isn't a lot of good low impact out there. I don't mind some dancy stuff as long as they don't get carried away.

I used to love learning complex choreography. I liked the challenge, but now I just want a workout.

Karen Voight did some good low impact. I still have some, but haven't done them in years. They might be more dancy than you would like.

I would definitely look into some of the suggestions made here.
